Phase transitions and phase transformations in the phase separation nanoregions in ErMn-=SUB=-2-=/SUB=-O-=SUB=-5-=/SUB=- multiferroics

چکیده

The effect of the rare-earth ion Er 3+ , which has a large orbital contribution to magnetic moment, were studied phase transitions and transformations 2D nanoregions separation in ErMn 2 O 5 multiferroic. These are semiconductor heterostructures (superlattices) formed due self-organization processes matrix. Significant ions, moments rigidly oriented along c axis crystal, on dynamics, heat capacity multiferroic properties layers superlattises was found at wide temperature range 5-300 K multiferroics.
